2. Services Description

Brisks Estimation provides professional construction cost estimating and takeoff services. We deliver detailed, CSI-formatted cost estimates based on the plans and specifications provided by the client. Our estimates are prepared with professional care but are recommendations and should be verified by the client before use in bidding.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete project plans and specifications
• Review the estimate promptly upon delivery
• Not hold Brisks Estimation liable for bid errors resulting from incomplete or inaccurate plans provided

4. Accuracy and Limitations

While we strive for 96% accuracy across all estimates, our deliverables are professional estimates and not guaranteed bids. Material prices and labor rates are based on current market data at the time of preparation and may vary at the time of actual procurement.

5. Revisions Policy

We offer free revisions within 30 days of estimate delivery. Revision requests must be accompanied by revised plans or clear written instructions describing the changes needed.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
